Who This Is For

  • The Firebreather
You've trained hard your whole life and you're not stopping. TF gives you structure that keeps you moving at intensity — without destroying the body you'll need for the next 30 years.

  • The Newcomer
You've never felt like a gym person. Good. TF wasn't built for gym people. It was built for people who want to move well, feel better, and not feel judged for being exactly where they are.

  • The Person with 15 Minutes
You're busy. Life is full. TF is designed so that even on the worst day, you can do one piece of the system and it counts. Fringes at your desk. A 12-minute workout at lunch. All of it.

  • The Comeback Athlete
Injury, surgery, life — you've been away from it. You need a system that rebuilds from the ground up, not one that assumes you're already whole. That's exactly what TF was designed around.

A WORD ABOUT CROSSFIT

I came up in CrossFit. I competed at its highest level. I coached it for nearly two decades. I have enormous respect for what it is. Tragically Fit is not CrossFit. It borrows nothing from that brand and operates completely independently of it. TF is a system I built specifically for adults 40 and up — informed by everything I learned in that world, and by everything I learned when my body forced me to start over. The two things I know for certain: movement quality is the foundation of everything, and 15 minutes a day is enough to move the needle if you do it right.
